Participation Guide

To facilitate your participation in our conferences, we have prepared general guidelines to ease your visit. To obtain more detailed information pertaining to a specific conference, please visit the Events Calendar and click on the event of your choice.

Account creation and registration

Why should I have an account at this site?

Having an account will give you swift easy access to all our available services and facilitates your registration process in any event you choose to attend. It also enables you to further request information and get all the assistance you require.

Why should I include a secondary email?

a secondary email should be also included in case more than one person are to receive notifications and emails, if someone has to be kept on cc or if an assistant‘s has to be also notified.

I am a personal assistant for a CEO, can I register him for an event?

If you have an account and a user name, then you can register as many persons as you want form the same company. Anyone can register colleague from the same company and benefit from group registration incentives.

I created an account at this website but how can I register to a specific event?

You choose any event you want and you can register at the corresponding section. Since you have an existing account, most information will be filled by default and you will have few additional entries to fill in.

I placed my order but did not pay the fees online, does this mean I have to repeat registration process from the beginning in order to submit payment?

Not at all, just please go the section of user menu, pending order and pending invoices to complete your payment

After registering for an event

I am a registered participant, why can’t I access the match-making platform?

Not being able to access the match making platform even when you are a registered participant, may be due to the fact that your registration is not confirmed, or that the platform is not yet open to the public.

Why should I state my mobile number in order to access the match-making platform?

Once you state your mobile number, you will then be able to receive requests and notifications regarding the matchmaking process. Without a mobile number you can be proactive in this service.

I requested meetings using the matchmaking list, but i did not get any feedback yet why?

It is better for you to put us on CC for your requests in order for us to follow up on your requests, and yet when this occurs and there’s a lack of feedback you can still communicate with us and we will connect you when possible.

During the event

Is simultaneous translation available during forums?

Yes we usually have interpretations in 2 to 3 language taking place, Arabic, English and French

Do forums and event include social events?

Every event includes networking coffee breaks and lunches where our participants can socialize and mingle. Most events also include dinners and other parallel activities.

Post Forum

Where can I obtain the papers and presentations of the forum I attended?

We post all material relevant to the event on our website, at the platform of the event itself.

How can I get the evaluation form of the event I attended?

You can download it form the website, at the platform of the event you attended.
