    H.E. Al Jabri is currently Chairman of the Special Economic Zone Authority At Duqm.

    He has held senior positions in Oman's leading business & financial sectors such as being a member of the Board of Directors at CBO, a Board member of the Civil Service Pension Fund, & a Board member of the Oman Investment Fund.

    Earlier in his career, he was the General Manager of Oman International Bank (Former).

    In 1999,he was appointed as the Executive President of the Capital Market Authority.

    H.E Al-Jabri has vast experience in global corporate & investment banking with academic qualifications from prestigious American schools including the Kellogg School of Management, Harvard Business School and Darden University wherein he attained degrees in advanced Management programs.

    يشغل منصب رئيس مجلس الادارة في هيئة المنطقة الاقتصادية الخاصة بالدقم.

    شغل عدة مناصب عليا في القطاع المالي في السلطنة ابرزها عضو مجلس الإدارة في البنك المركزي العماني، وعضو مجلس إدارة صندوق تقاعد الخدمة المدنية، وعضو مجلس إدارة صندوق الاستثمار العماني.

    وقد شغل سابقا منصب الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة العامة لسوق المال.

    يملك سعادته خبرة واسعة في الاستثمار المصرفي، وقد حصل على شهاداته من المدارس الأميركية المرموقة بما في ذلك مدرسة كيلوغ للإدارة، مدرسة هارفارد للأعمال وجامعة داردن.

    H.E. Al Habsi was appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the board of directors at the Central Bank of Oman in 2017.

    He is also Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Planning.

    He serves on the boards of various companies as Vice Chairman of ASYAD & Vice President of Orpic.

    Prior to that he was Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance.

    He previously held the position of Chief Executive of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE) and was also Director General of Tax Survey and Administration at the Ministry of Finance.

    HE Al Habsi holds a Degree in accounting from Ain Shams University in Cairo.

    Prior to his current position, he served as Deputy CEO of Oman Finance & Investment Company.

    He is a former Director General of Treasury and Accounts at the Ministry of Finance, where he spent more than 17 years.

    He also served as the Chairman of the board of Oman Investment Corporation SAOC & Chairman of the Muscat Securities Market.

    H.E. Al-Salmi is the Founding member and board member of the German University of Technology in Oman (GUtech).

    Prior to his current position, he served as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil & Gas during 2003 – 2013.

    H.E. is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sohar International Development Company. He is also a member in several boards and committees such as, the Financial Affairs and Energy Resources Council, Petroleum Development Oman, State General Reserve Fund, Oman Investment Fund, Civil Service Employees Pension Fund, National Center for Statistics & Information and Raffd Fund.

    Moreover, H.E. is a member in the Board of Trustees in the Omani Authority of Partnership for Development.

    H.E. Al Jashmi holds Master’s degree in Applied Economics from The American University in Washington DC.

    H.E Said Bin Hamdoon Al Harthy is the Undersecretary Ports and Maritime Affairs at the Ministry of Transport & Communications.

    H.E. Al Harthy was a pilot in the Royal Air force of Oman, he was a pilot at several air bases, a flying instructor and a commander of several squadrons.

    He previously served as Head of the Office of Minister Responsible for Defense Affairs, the Director of Operation Royal Air force of Oman (2000-2003) and the Chairman of Oman Air (2003-2007).

    H.E. Al Harthy graduated from RAF Cranwell UK, Maxwell Air Force Base USA, and the RCDS (Royal Collage of Defense Studies in the UK.

    Colonel Al Siyabi serves as the Director General of Customs at Oman Royal Police.

    He joined the Directorate General of Customs in 1989 and held a series of leading roles of increasing responsibility prior to his appointment as Director General in 2016.

    He is a member of several local, regional and international committees such as the Permanent Technical Committee at the World Customs Organization, in Belgium, The Customs Union Authority in the General Secretariat of the GCC States, Steering Committee to follow up on the progress of Tanfeedh, And Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee of the General Secretariat of the Gulf States.

    Colonel Al Siyabi holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies, League of Arab States, in Egypt, and a diploma of Higher Arab Studies from the same Institute.

    Dr. Al-Qasmi is the Director General of Planning and Studies at the Ministry of Health in Oman.

    He is the Chairman of the research and ethical review and approve committee in the Ministry, Chairman of the multi-sector committee of birth and death statistics, and a member of different national and international committees.

    He also teaches students specializing in health statistics and epidemiology.

    Dr. Al-Qasmi participated in sample design, data analysis, interpretation and report writing of several health studies and surveys, in addition to developing Oman’s health Vision 2050 and the related strategic studies.

    He held several assignments with the World Health Organization as temporary adviser.

    Dr. Al- Qasmi holds a BSc in Computing and Mathematics from College of Science, Sultan Qaboos University, and MSc in Public Health and ScD (Major in Biostatistics) from Tulane University, USA.

    Walid Almurshed is the Head of IFC Saudi Arabia, Principal in the Middle East and North Africa department - International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.

    Since joining IFC as an investment officer in the Financial Markets department in January 2001, Walid has held a variety of positions in IFC headquarters in Washington DC, regional hub in Cairo and the country office where he has worked effectively across boundaries to develop business, processing and managing portfolio across the region and sectors.

    In his current position as Head of IFC Saudi Arabia, Walid has overseen the buildup of the KSA capacity and the growth of IFC investment and Advisory Services in the GCC. During his former role as an Investment Officer, Walid developed strategic relationships for IFC with the financial sector in MENA, as well as being a board member at several companies representing IFC.

    Prior to joining IFC, since 1992 Walid held different positions with the Banking Control Department in Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), Central bank of Saudi Arabia responsible for monitoring financial and compliance supervision of banks and non-banking financial institutions.

    He holds a Master of Science in Economics, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and participated in various international seminars and workshops.

    Khalid is the Managing Director of The Zubair Corporation LLC. He is involved in providing strategy, direction, superintendence, control and support to the business.

    He is keenly involved in CSR initiatives of the Group, and drives Zubair Small Enterprises Centre for supporting and developing the abilities and skills of Omani entrepreneurs.

    Khalid is currently also the Chairman of the following prominent publicly listed companies: Oman International Development and Investment Company SAOG (Ominvest), the largest financial investment company in Oman, and National Life and General Insurance Company SAOG - the first and the largest composite insurance company in Oman.

    He has headed and participated in a number of business delegations to other countries, and has held key positions in trade and business associations as well as sports bodies.

    Khalid was awarded Bachelor Degree in Business Administration by the University of Arizona, USA. He is also a graduate of the advanced transformative Owner / President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School, spread over three years. He has also attended many high level courses in various fields of management, and key among them was with London Business School on Mergers and Acquisitions.

    Mr. Walichnowski joined Omran as Chief Executive Officer in 2017.

    He has more than 35 years of experience in tourism, real estate and mixed-use developments. His experience includes leading development companies across Australia, Europe and the GCC including Majid Al Futtaim Properties in Dubai, Lend Lease in Australia and Land Securities in London, one of the largest publicly listed real estate companies in Australia and Europe respectively.

    Mr. Walichnowski holds a Bachelor of Architecture from University of South Wales and has completed advanced management programs at Harvard Business School and IMD.
